Catering

Full service catering consists of our chef, helper, waitstaff with buffet tables and table linens. Depending upon your menu selection, we will arrive approximately two to five hours prior to your time of service. After cooking your entrée, our chef will cut the meat into serving size portions and place in our chafing dishes. Full service catering includes deluxe veggie and relish trays with dill dip, choice of three sides, hard rolls and butter, ice tea or lemonade, and paper and plasticware. We will provide one hour of service for up to 100 guests and one and one-half hours of service for up to 200 guests.
